MIKEL ARTETA jokingly hit back at a supercomputer after it tipped Manchester City to pip his side to the Premier League title.
Arsenal are one point ahead of their title rivals but have played one match more.
And they face a tricky trip to North London rivals Tottenham on Sunday in a clash which could derail their title bid.
City are hot on their tails and after dispatching Brighton 4-0 on Thursday they are heavy favourites to land a fourth consecutive Prem trophy.
In Opta’s supercomputer simulation City now have a 72 per cent likelihood of winning the league, compared to Arsenal’s 27 per cent chance.
That stat was presented to Arteta in his pre-match press conference and the Gunners boss smiled in response.
He said: “Hopefully we can tweak that computer and make it a bit higher.
“Maybe they need to upload the software, maybe we need to help them and give them more tools – hopefully we can change that.”
Arsenal might have to win all four of their remaining matches to claim the title – and hope City drop points.
The Gunners face a trip to Old Trafford where they have won just once in their previous nine visits, though City also have to play Spurs who have been a bogey side in recent years.

Pep Guardiola is yet to win at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the league and City have beaten Spurs twice in the last six meetings between the pair.
Another supercomputer has tipped Arsenal to miss out on top spot by just one point.
It expects City to drop points but to take 10 points from their remaining five games, which could be enough to beat the Gunners to the title.
