Okpebholo offence is alleged abuse of the Naira, says the coalition, and this carries a six month sentence.

The petition addressed to the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is already lodged with the commission.

The coalition, through a petition signed by its National Coordinator, Victor Kalu, and National Secretary, Ali Abacha, have in fact started the process of getting the APC candidate sentenced to jail.
