Nigerians on X (formerly Twitter) have knocked Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State as a video surfaced on social media showing a man who was refilling the water fountain built in March and recently inaugurated at Ochanja Roundabout in the popular Onitsha city in the state.
