Peter Obi was pictured in a photograph with the late actor’s children and consoled them and their mother, offering words of comfort and support during a difficult time.

He also signed the condolence register, leaving a message of condolence for the family.

The former governor of Anambra was accompanied by actor and politician Kenneth Okonkwo, who also came to pay his respects to the late actor.

Junior Pope’s funeral was attended by many celebrities from the entertainment industry, including Zubby Michael, Ruby Ojiakor, Linc Edochie, Queen Wokoma, Chinwe Owoh, Rita Edochie, and others.

The funeral service was held at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church, Ukehe, and was followed by a brief sermon and a final farewell to the late actor.

The officiating priest prayed for the family of the deceased, saying “the lord gives and the lord taketh.”

Junior Pope’s family, friends, and colleagues were overwhelmed with emotion as his body, laid in a white casket, was lowered to the ground in his compound after the church service.
