I’m sure you all remember that twerking scene in Marvel’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and how it sparked fan outrage. A lot of fans didn’t care for that scene or She-Hulk in general, but series star Tatiana Maslany seemed to have had a blast making the show!

During a recent appearance at San Antonio’s Superhero Comic Con over the weekend, the actress talked about the twerking scene with Megan Thee Stallion and shared that it was one of the greatest moments of her life.

According to Agents of Fandom, Maslany said: “I had been to multiple Megan Thee Stallion concerts before this. I was ready. That was the greatest moment of my life.”

It’s good that she enjoyed the experience because chances are, we won’t be seeing a second season of She-Hulk. There were a lot of behind-the-scenes issues with the series including budgetary issues.

When previously asked if the show would get a Season 2, Maslany said: “I don’t think so. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like ‘no thanks.'”

Disney CEO Bob Iger was “apoplectic” about the big widespread VFX issues with Marvel when he returned to take charge of Disney. It was also reported that the She-Hulk VFX issues were a “symptom of a deeper rot — namely a lack of oversight on script development.” Those scripts were described as being ‘half-baked.’”

Maslany also addressed Jennifer Walters’ romance with Daredevil, saying: “I think she’s keeping her options open, but I’m pretty sure she’d hit that again!”

I’m sure that we’ll see She-Hulk again, it’s just hard to guess when or where. But it is rumored that she could be one of the main characters in the upcoming Avengers films.

While a lot of fans didn’t like the She-Hulk show, She-Hulk comic writer Dan Slott has a very different opinion and says that the series is “the most comic book accurate” series that Marvel has made.

He said: “Anyone saying the @SheHulkOfficial TV show wasn’t ‘comic book accurate’… I’m the guy who has written more issues of SHE-HULK than anyone. I’ve read every single comic from every #SheHulk run. And I’m saying, for the record, it is the MOST comic book accurate show in the MCU.”

He also commented on the Twerking scene, saying: “People arguing the twerking scene in #SheHulk wouldn’t have happened in the comics… Byrne had She-Hulk jumping rope in a bikini. I had her karaokeing, dancing, & partying so hard it was causing structural damage to Avengers Mansion. This is the hill they want to die on?”
