BEN WHITE has been lauded by fans for a creative piece of gamesmanship.

The Arsenal defender tried to unsettle Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario during the North London Derby.

White stood next to Vicario and as well as the usual pushing and shoving, he tried to undo the keeper’s gloves.

Twice Vicario tried to push White off but the Gunners star remained persistent and his pestering paid off.

Seconds later Arsenal opened the scoring from the resulting corner as Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg headed into the back of his own net, with Vicario helpless.

Fans loved White’s underhand tactics and began applauding his deviousness.

Arsenal clearly did their homework from set-pieces as Kai Havertz also headed in from a corner at the near post to make the score 3-0.

That came after the Gunners added a brilliant second on the counter-attack as Havertz’s long ball found Bukayo Saka who cut in and slotted in a low left-footed finish.
