Culinary brands Gozney and Hedley & Bennett have teamed up on a limited edition collection designed to elevate the art of home cooking and pizza making. The playful collaboration celebrates the union of Gozney’s pioneering design in pizza ovens and Hedley & Bennett’s craftsmanship in kitchen gear, most notably aprons, all while drawing on their shared history of creating products beloved by top (and aspiring) chefs globally.
At the heart of the Gozney x Hedley & Bennett collaboration are three exclusive versions of Gozney’s acclaimed Arc XL pizza oven, which has room to cook a 16″ pizza. Known for its cutting-edge features like NASA-grade insulation, lateral gas burners, and a built-in digital thermometer, the Arc XL can produce restaurant-quality pizza in just 60 seconds. These limited-edition ovens, inspired by the colors of the sky from sunrise to sunset, offer a visual feast with hues ranging from terracotta to deep twilight teal. The highlight is the “Mash-Up” version, a collector’s item blending sunrise and sunset tones, with only a hundred individually numbered units available worldwide.
In addition to the covetable pizza ovens, the collaboration extends to a range of cooking and pizza making accessories, including Hedley & Bennett’s signature high-quality aprons in either Sunrise or Sunset, chef’s hats, oven covers, pizza peels, and pizza cutters, each designed with the same meticulous attention to detail that both brands are known for. The aprons, crafted from 100% cotton twill, feature reinforced pockets with antique brass rivets and a vegan leather tag of Hedley & Bennett’s iconic ampersand logo. They even have a loop specifically designed to hold an infrared thermometer, a must-have tool for any pizza enthusiast.
