With the goal of growing their presence in Europe, a Hyatt affiliate purchased the me and all hotels brand from Germany’s Linder Hotels AG.
World of Hyatt will soon add a new hotel brand to their ranks, focusing on their growth across continental Europe.
The hospitality giant announced one of their affiliates acquired the me and all hotels brand from Linder Hotels AG for an undisclosed amount of money.
Upscale Brand Includes Six Hotels, Over 1,000 in Pipeline
Hyatt describes the me and all hotels brand as a combination of “central locations, urban design, leading-edge technology and vibrant public spaces.” The upscale hotels are built in city centers designed to offer both a traditional hotel along with open spaces for locals. Pop-up kitchens and local events will accompany co-working space for visitors.
There are currently six me and all hotels currently operating, with all locations in Germany. There are over 1,000 additional hotels currently in the pipeline, with the next hotels set to open in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Stuttgart. After increasing available rooms by a factor of five between 2017 and 2023, Hyatt says the new standalone brand will fuel their expansion into Europe.
“Our collaboration with Lindner was a significant step forward for our distribution in the EAME region, expanding our brand footprint and offering many new locations to our 46 million World of Hyatt members,” Felicity Black-Roberts, senior vice president of development for EAME at Hyatt, said in a press release. “We look forward to driving further growth for Hyatt’s lifestyle portfolio with me and all hotels – together with Lindner as well as other development partners and franchisees, across Europe and beyond.”
As the new hotels launch, they will become available to book within the World of Hyatt loyalty program. Travelers can not only earn points at the hotels, but also use their points for free stays.
