Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold is facing criticism for titling his song “Rodo,” which has reportedly affected the price of pepper in the market.

A man on X called out the musician and complained that the price of rodo has increased dramatically after the ‘Orente’ crooner sang the song.

The Twitter user mentioned that he now pays N1,000 in his area for eight pieces of pepper due to his song.

First, the man mockingly complimented Adekunle Gold, remarking that the singer had elevated pepper to an unprecedented level.
