The All Progressives Congress (APC) has petitioned the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja to transfer the lawsuit filed by Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, a governorship candidate, from Abuja to Ondo State.

The suit is challenging the validity of the primary election that produced Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the party’s candidate for the upcoming November election.

In a letter penned by APC’s counsel, Matthew Burkaa, SAN, the party emphasized the convenience of conducting proceedings in Ondo State, as both the plaintiff and defendants are based there.
