RadiantGraph, a company that uses machine learning and AI to drive consumer engagement for healthcare, launched integration capabilities with  Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud platform, Snowflake, and Databricks.

The aim is to allow organizations that are transitioning to cloud platforms, to integrate their data with AI-driven personalization within a short period of time.

RadiantGraph empowers healthcare plans to unravel and decode intricate data from operational systems, providers and other sources, to deliver personalized member communication that enhances engagement and care outcomes.

According to the company, a dearth of integration could mean patients face delays in handling health issues and getting the proper care.  

“AI is already showing tremendous potential in unlocking consumer engagement,” Anmol Madan, founder and chief executive officer of RadiantGraph, said in a statement.

“The limitation isn’t model performance anymore. Instead, the inability of large, established, healthcare organizations to deploy AI and personalization capabilities with legacy data systems at scale, is the challenge. Based on market feedback, we incorporated secure cloud integrations and a powerful built-in health data engine within RadiantGraph. These enhancements to our platform unleash the creativity of marketers, engagement leaders, and product managers in healthcare.”

THE LARGER TREND

In July, GE HealthCare formed a partnership to use Amazon Web Services (AWS) healthcare and genAI services to construct AI-enabled workflows that enhance the accuracy of diagnostic screening, optimize healthcare operations and upgrade fair care access and outcomes.

In June, AWS announced a collaboration with EvolutionaryScale to give scientists and researchers access to the company’s ESM3 language models via AWS to move forward drug discovery by permitting the creation of new proteins.

In July, Fitterfly launched an AI feature dubbed Fitterfly Klik in partnership with Google Cloud. The partnership allows individuals with diabetes to track their meals using computer vision powered by Gemini 1.5 Flash on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform.

In April, Google Cloud and Bayer partnered to develop AI applications aimed at lowering radiologist burnout and boosting efficiencies in diagnoses. Bayer expanded its innovation platform with Google Cloud technology, and uses its generative AI tools.
