Satisfi Labs, an artificial intelligence-powered conversational experience platform for destinations and experiences, has acquired omnichannel marketing automation
platform Factoreal.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Satisfi said the acquisition will improve customer engagement powered by conversational AI technology for its more than 500 clients that include destination marketing organizations, zoos, museums and attractions. Capabilities will include AI agents that can manage multi-channel actions that are triggered by user behavior.
The company also said Factoreal’s API-first integration network with brands like Shopify, SeatGeek and Ticketmaster will enhance its partner ecosystem.
