Nigerian Army personnel have detained four young men suspected of involvement in internet fraud, known as “Yahoo Yahoo.” The arrests were made during a raid on the suspects’ hideout as part of an ongoing crackdown on cybercriminals.

A video shared on social media shows the uniformed soldiers interrogating the alleged fraudsters, who had been stripped down to their underwear. The suspects were instructed to demonstrate their fraudulent activities using a laptop and phone confiscated during the raid.

The army officers issued a warning to individuals engaged in “Yahoo Yahoo,” stating that they would be apprehended and prosecuted if they continued their illicit activities. The video caption reads, “If you don’t cease your ‘Yahoo’ activities, we will come after you. God bless the Nigerian Army forever.”
