Sure Med Compliance, a digital healthcare company, is collaborating with Valet Health, a data mining and digital marketing company, to deliver a patient engagement program.

Under the partnership, patient candidate quizzes within Sure Med seamlessly integrate within the communications framework, thus enabling automated patient contact across various platforms.

In addition, “the analysis will include digital program return on investment (ROI) and tools for service line evaluation.” 

“We are very excited to announce this new strategic collaboration,” John Bowman, chief executive officer of Sure Med Compliance, said in a statement.

“This offering pairs Sure Med’s exciting functionality of generating point-of-care, procedure candidate quiz results with HIPAA compliant marketing automation and text messaging powered by Valet Health’s AutoPilot solution. With Valet Health’s data attribution technology, paired with Sure Med’s direct EHR and practice management system integrations, healthcare organizations can realize higher program utilization rates and lessen their reliance on non-novel opioids.”

Dave Bowen, chief executive officer of Valet Health explained that understanding the forces shaping digital channels for patient engagement is imperative, saying, “as we innovate and enhance our support for specialty practices in implementing a best-in-class digital strategy.”

Earlier this month, Advanced Rx joined forces with Sure Med Compliance to give Advanced Rx sole entry to Sure Med Compliance’s Perspectives in Care (PiC). The aim is to ensure proper risk and benefit analysis has been determined and recorded when a controlled substance is dispensed.

In 2020, Valet Health entered into a strategic partnership with DataBiologics to empower clinics with end-to-end support to oversee online reputation, increase digital marketing performance and put in place patient communication hubs in a data-driven methodology.
