TOMIS, a Montana-based company that provides
marketing services and software for tour operators, has acquired New Zealand-based
Yonder, which provides an artificial intelligence chatbot
and solutions for reviews and recommendations for operators.

Terms of the
acquisition have not been disclosed, but TOMIS said the Yonder brand and products
will continue to operate as a standalone entity.

“This
acquisition allows us to combine our strengths and deliver even greater value
to our customers,” said Evan Tipton, CEO
of TOMIS.

“With Yonder’s
innovative technology and our industry expertise, we are well-positioned to
further support the growth and success of tour operators globally.”

The company
said the acquisition reinforces its commitment to provide the latest generative
artificial intelligence tools and data-driven marketing solutions for tour
operators around the world.

Founded in
2018, Yonder works with tourism organizations, hotels, experience providers and
attractions to help them increase bookings, gather customer feedback and answer
questions.
