Mark Wosu, a prominent member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Adamawa, has affirmed the party’s unwavering loyalty to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
During a press conference in Yola, Wosu, a former Council Secretary of Jada, emphasized the steadfast commitment of the party caucus to support Abubakar’s political aspirations. He stated that the caucus remains dedicated to promoting Abubakar’s ideals and his belief in politics without bitterness.
“We will mobilize for Atiku in 2027 to ensure his participation in the presidential race,” Wosu declared. “Should he decline, we have collectively resolved to legally challenge his decision for disappointing our hopes.”
Wosu extolled Abubakar’s leadership qualities, including his agility, wisdom, and political acumen, which he believes make him well-suited to guide Nigeria to prosperity.
Furthermore, Wosu commended Governor Ahmadu Fintiri’s administration for its significant infrastructure developments. He lauded the governor’s achievements in education, agriculture, security, healthcare, road construction, and youth empowerment.
Wosu pledged the party’s continued support for the government and expressed the PDP’s commitment to providing constructive advice for effective governance. CONTINUE READING
