Who is Lauren Fryer?

Lauren Fryer is Arsenal player Declan Rice’s long-term girlfriend after meeting with they were young.

She hails from Chessington and they started their romance as teenagers in 2015.

Lauren is supportive of her boyfriend and can often be seen in the stands at his matches.

However, compared to the other WAGS Lauren tends to keep more of a low profile.

Sadly in April 2024, Lauren took the extreme measure of deleting her Instagram account after being horrendously trolled.

She has had to put up with disgusting messages from vile trolls on social media.

The taunting appeared to begin in December 2023, when Declan was told that he “could do better”.

Lauren has now wiped her Instagram account, which had more than 70,000 followers.

As of April 2024, Lauren is 25, which is the same age as her boyfriend Declan.

The pair started dating when they were both just 17 having first met at school. 

The footballer joined the famed West Ham Academy as a child and studied at the Robert Clack School.

When he was crowned Young Player of the Year at the London Football Awards, proud girlfriend Lauren posted: “Couldn’t be more proud of my Dec winning young player of the year.

“You deserve everything and more.”

Declan joked to The Sun in 2019 that Lauren is “jealous” of his bond with Chelsea star and childhood friend Mason Mount.

The two players met when they were starting out at the West ham academy.

He told us: “My missus is quite worried. I’m genuinely being serious.

“She’s quite worried. Oh she’s just always, ‘You two… you love him more than you love me’.

“Honestly. We just get it in the neck all the time. But they need to understand the friendship.”

The pair have just the one child together, a son called Jude.

The young family live together in London so that Declan can be close to his football team, Arsenal.

He also has a house in Kingston-Upon-Thames where the couple grew up.
